Media Anthropology: North Korea
If I was hired to design a flyer that will be attached to
each of the dollar bills, the message on the flyer would be “You were given
this life because you are strong enough to live it.” This would be an
inspirational flyer to encourage the people of North Korea to dream beyond
their current binding circumstances. The most effective use for the flyer would
include the flyer being written in Korean. I am unable to translate the
content. However, translated content would
help the North Koreans understand and comprehend the overall message
better. The back of the flyer will include “underground” and coded contact
information of safe houses in South Korea. These safe houses will provide
temporary shelter for refugees from North Korea. The flyer would be most efficient
