WK2: This is a MCBS blog is a portfolio submission: Its Your Chance to Be a Chef

I am seeking a number two star rating.

The Food Network has not introduced local cooking sessions as a way to give back to the community. Their fans and cuisine lovers have not had the opportunity to get hands-on with chefs for their local communities. This will be the kick off event. The event will be launched at a local kitchen in a major city in the United States.
This is the best solution because it provides a real life atmosphere and tone to the need for quality local interactive cooking lessons. The event offers a hands on approach and provides great publicity for the network. The event will launch out of a real functioning kitchen.

I was advised to consider how my project can directly improve the branding of the organization, Food Network. I was also advised to use crowd funding sites to improve funding and publicity of the events. As a result, I chose to include Kickstarter as my chosen crowd funding site.

This project will require to two high resolution video cameras and 3 high resolution cameras to video take pictures and videotape the events. Preceding the event, it will be promoted on social networks and a crowdfunding online organization called Kickstarter. I would promote my project by making a video pitch to gain donations, funding, and publicity for my project. In the social media realm, blasts and additional information can be sent on twitter, status updates on Facebook and Instagram, and video clips Instagram and YouTube. This will help to broaden the target market. Internet access is required for all devices. 5 Computer or laptop equip with Microsoft Office and Adobe. Additionally, a project team leader, a sponsor,  and content strategist must be employed to complete the team members roster.
